Finance Director | Wealth & Annuity Segment

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Finance Director to serve as the primary financial business partner for our Wealth & Annuity Segment leadership team. This individual will support a multi-billion-dollar business focused on Annuities, Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), and Retirement Products, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and performance management to drive growth and profitability.

The Finance Director will work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Investments, Product Development, Capital Management, Reinsurance, and Risk Management to support business strategy and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of financial management experience within the financial services or insurance industry.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams or directing financial resources.
• 3+ years of experience providing executive-level consultation and influencing business decisions.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, profitability analysis, forecasting, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CMA, ASA, FSA, CFA, CLU, or ChFC.
• Deep expertise in Annuities, Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Retirement Products, or Institutional Insurance Solutions.
• Strong understanding of insurance balance sheets, capital management, and liability-driven investing.
• Actuarial or highly quantitative financial background preferred.

This role will sit fully REMOTE with MONTHLY TRAVEL to the corporate headquarters in Madison, WI.
