Seeking a Loan Servicing Associate to support monthly servicing and transaction processing for loan portfolio, including collateralized loan obligation (CLO) and repurchase agreement (REPO) investments.

The Associate will ensure that monthly payments, postings, and research ahead of payment dates are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with investor guidelines, servicing agreements, loan documents, internal controls, and service-level agreements.

Working within a team of 8-10 servicing professionals, this individual will collaborate with Investor Reporting, Asset Management, Treasury, and Technology to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and support platform growth. The role will also partner with the Managing Director, Loan Administration, to build scalable processes, identify automation opportunities, implement best practices, and consistently meet key performance indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of loan servicing experience, including at least 2 years of commercial real estate loan servicing supporting multiple capital sources or investors.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate servicing within a cross-functional team environment, including: Loan closing, boarding, billing, and collections | Loan documents and document management Letters of credit, reserves, UCC filings, and liens | Maturing loans and payoff processing.
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate finance, including loan types, property types, and real estate lenders.
  • Experience with Enterprise! or a comparable large-scale loan servicing system.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, with experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict processing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting.
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) CCMS Level I and/or Level II certification.

This role will be HYBRID in Dallas, TX.
