Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support accurate, compliant payroll operations while partnering closely with the HR | People Team. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, timekeeping audits, tax reporting, and employee support, with additional involvement in onboarding and HR administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of payroll experience preferred
- Knowledge of payroll systems (Paylocity, IFS a plus)
- Strong understanding of wage & hour laws and tax regulations
- Advanced attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Payroll certification (CPP | FPC) a plus
This role will sit ONSITE in Charleston, SC.
