Transactional Attorney Associate | Structured Finance | Securitization
Seeking a highly motivated Transactional Attorney Associate to join a nationally recognized Structured Finance & Securitization Team within the Financial Services Practice Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions representing issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, and institutional investors across a broad range of structured finance and securitization matters.
The ideal candidate will have three to four years of transactional legal experience, preferably involving structured finance, securitization, asset-backed lending, warehouse financing facilities, or other complex commercial finance transactions. Candidates should possess exceptional drafting, analytical, and client relationship skills, along with a strong academic background.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Three to four years of transactional legal experience.
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with:
- Structured finance transactions
- Securitization transactions
- Asset-backed securities (ABS)
- Warehouse lending facilities
- Commercial finance transactions
- Capital markets transactions
- Eligibility for admission to the North Carolina Bar or willingness to obtain admission.
- Experience working directly with financial institutions, investment banks, lenders, or institutional investors.
