Technology Trade Support | Buy Side

Seeking a highly motivated Technology Trade Support professional to join a dynamic buy-side environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client-facing technology operations while providing real-time support across trading and enterprise platforms.

You will serve as the primary support resource for investor-facing systems, deliver hands-on trade support during New York market hours, and act as the New York-based liaison to the Enterprise Technology team, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution across global stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with trading systems (EMS platforms such as EMSX, FlexTrade, or similar)
• Solid understanding of: FIX Protocol | Linux environments | SQL Server / database querying
• Experience with Jira, Git, and ServiceNow
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively
• Flexibility to support extended hours or respond to critical incidents as needed
• Experience with Python scripting or automation
• Understanding of Equities and Options trading workflows
• Prior experience in a buy-side or asset management environment
