The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new home sales performance by meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship management, and guiding buyers through the full sales, financing, and purchase agreement process. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of real estate transactions.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2–4 years of demonstrated, successful sales experience (real estate or new home sales preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid U.S. work authorization
  • Current driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Proven ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Professional presentation and strong follow-through
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and real estate sales processes is a plus
This role will sit ONSITE in Bristol, TN.  
Total Compensation averages around $180,000 (includes Base Salary | Commissions | Year End Bonus).
