Equity Vol Trade Support | Buy Side

Seeking a driven, detail-oriented Equity Volatility Trade Support Specialist to join a high-performing Middle Office team supporting a dynamic Equity Volatility trading desk. This role offers broad exposure across global markets and the opportunity to partner closely with Portfolio Managers, the Execution Desk, and Prime Brokers.

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong technical expertise in equity derivatives, and the ability to take ownership of strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in Trade Support | Middle Office within a financial services firm supporting an Equity Volatility desk
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
• Strong product knowledge of Equity and Equity OTC derivatives, including: AutoCalls | Variance / Volatility products | Total Return Swaps (TRS) | Digitals | Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS)
• Proven ability to interact effectively with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Brokers
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Experience with front-to-back trading systems such as: Imagine | Murex | Kinetix
• Exposure to global markets and multi-asset trading environments
• Experience supporting structured and exotic derivatives
