Senior Mechanical Engineer

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for researching, planning, designing, developing, and implementing mechanical products and systems. This role supports complex mechanical solutions across manufacturing and industrial environments, including machinery, automation, hydraulic and conveying systems, and energy-related applications.

As a senior-level contributor, this position applies advanced engineering knowledge gained through formal education and hands-on industry experience. The role involves solving difficult and often complex engineering problems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of hydraulic and conveying systems.
• Proven 3D modeling experience using tools such as SolidWorks and/or Autodesk Inventor.
• Experience working in cross-functional, team-based engineering environments.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of operating in a high-output environment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD in addition to 3D modeling tools.
• Strong background in machine design and mechanical systems integration.
• Experience supporting equipment installation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

This role will sit ONSITE in Graniteville, SC. Working Hours: 4-10 Schedule.
