Seeking an experienced Reconciliations Team Lead with 4-10 years of experience in wealth management or financial services. This role is responsible for leading a team of analysts in performing timely and accurate reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions across multiple accounts and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reconciliation processes, controls, and best practices and be able to balance hands-on production work with team leadership responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 4-10 years of reconciliation experience within wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
- Prior team lead, supervisory, or mentorship experience required.
- Strong understanding of cash and position reconciliations, settlements, and operational controls.
- Proficiency in reconciliation and portfolio accounting systems; advanced Excel skills required.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
