Managing Director - Finance Operations | Real Assets Fund Management
The Managing Director - Finance Operations | Real Assets Fund Management is a senior leadership role responsible for the financial oversight, governance, and operational management of Private Equity-style Real Assets investment funds across the Americas. This executive serves as a strategic partner to the Real Assets Investment Team, ensuring best-in-class fund finance, transaction execution, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, valuation oversight, and operational excellence throughout the investment lifecycle.
This position leads all aspects of fund financial management, including acquisitions, dispositions, capital activity, fund launches, SPV management, financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, portfolio valuations, and strategic business initiatives. The Managing Director partners closely with Investment Teams, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Fund Administration, and senior executive leadership to support business growth while maintaining strong governance and operational controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in fund finance, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, or alternative investments.
- Significant leadership experience managing high-performing finance teams.
- Deep understanding of Private Equity fund structures and Real Assets investing.
