Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay, Wisconsin on a part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable patient load, and the chance to work with a collaborative, patient-centered care team.
Key Responsibilities:
\nProvide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.
\nPerform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
\nCoordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families.
\nDocument all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.
\nParticipate in quality initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence.
\nSchedule & Workload:
\n7 to 10 shifts per month, with flexible scheduling.
\nShift Length Flexibility
\nQualifications:
\nMD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
\nActive Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).
\nInpatient or hospitalist experience preferred.
\nStrong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
