LEAD CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER, P&C INSURANCE – Atlanta, GA (Remote)

 A Thriving & Expanding P&C Insurance firm is prepared to on-board a Lead Client Service Manager in greater Atlanta.

In this REMOTE Role, the ideal candidate will be passionate about building & nurturing relationships with clientele, while collaborating with team members in meeting/exceeding the insurance requirements of our client organizations.

POSITION OUTLINE:

• Perform leadership role in the renewal process; ensuring the best possible solutions are delivered to clientele
• Secure existing business & assist in coordinating sales of additional services & lines of coverage
• Nurture client relationships
• Maintain accurate client data, records & policy documentation
• Effectively manage & collaborate in executing multiple service oriented priorities
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards & service levels are achieved
• Develop professional rapport with internal & external partners

 PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

• P&C Insurance client service &/or claims management expertise
• Strong client engagement & relationship acumen
• Adept at delivering exceptional client service in collaboration with team members
• Proficient using MS Excel (familiarity with other technology tools to maximize productivity, a plus)
• Comfortable engaging in consultative discussions
• Possession of State Insurance License, or in process of obtaining
