Business Development Executive 

As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for establishing a pipeline,  building strategy and execution.

You’ll work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to devise the best tactics to increase pipeline and follow monthly KPI's.

This is a highly strategic role where you’re able to have control over business decisions for the most important aspect of our prospecting pipeline build.

The team in this local office will engage with prospects and customers in order to generate high quality leads from specific target initiatives. Follow up on Marketing driven inbound contacts.

Responsibilities:

·Develop and execute the strategy for obtaining more inbound and outbound prospecting pipeline

·Lead the Inbound and Outbound Business leads and responsible for generating qualified sales leads for the office.

·Work with Managing and Director, partner sales, and marketing teams to drive towards the ultimate goal of generating revenue

· Upgrade and enhance current prospecting techniques or procedures based on team performance

·Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified leads and opportunity pipeline

·Develop and implement strategies and processes to support the Outbound and Inbound business development representative teams in delivering against individual and company objectives

·Create a positive, results oriented team environment

·Be responsible Outbound business development representative performance metrics and KPIs

·Identify and address opportunities to improve BDR performance, processes, people and technology

·Work with Worldwide CEO to drive the outbound forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in line with corporate objectives for North America.

Requirements:

·6 plus years of success in Business Development, Enterprise or ERP Business Development or Supply Chain software sales

·5 plus years success in Business Development or Software sales with a focus on cold calling and creating pipeline 

·Experience building and tracking KPIs to ensure lead target achievement

·Consistent record of quota achievement

·Demonstrated leadership skills with experience building and growing high-performing teams

·Demonstrated expertise in sales prospecting strategies, including cold and warm calling techniques, processes and measurements

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Strong skills in analytics and reporting
