Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Minneapolis. Candidates must be able to work in the office. Relocation assistance is not provided, so any relocation must be completed before starting.
Note: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar and have at least 2+ years of personal injury experience as an attorney.

Job Description
- Lead the Minnesota office and oversee day-to-day operations
- Handle personal injury matters and help drive strong outcomes for injured clients
- Manage cases, clients, and workflow with urgency and accountability
- Help hire, lead, and develop staff with support from firm leadership and HR
- Work closely with ownership on business development and office growth
- Ensure a high level of client service and strong case handling standards
- Identify operational improvements and opportunities to expand the practice
- Build a strong local presence in the Minnesota market
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Bar license in good standing required
- 2+ years of personal injury attorney experience required
- Strong plaintiff-side advocacy and client communication skills
- Leadership and management ability
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with legal software
- Motivated, ambitious, and interested in long-term growth
- Book of business or ability to help generate cases is a plus
- Minnesota roots are a plus
