Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for integrating resources to contiguously drive sales opportunities and grow the business to meet sales targets. This role involves managing a territory, building a high-performing sales team, and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and OEMs.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and CRM management.
- Team Leadership: Establish, train, and motivate the sales team (including direct sales and agents/reps) to guarantee peak performance.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers while partnering with internal engineering teams for technical solutions.
- Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and provide feedback on market trends and vertical industries.
- Strategic Planning: Forecast sales activity, manage territory penetration, and create annual business plans and budgets.
- Marketing Support: Propose and select marketing events, fairs, and social media tools to promote the company brand.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma, Degree, or Master’s in Commerce, BBA, MBA, International Trade, or Engineering (Polytechnic/Chemical Plastic Machinery).
- Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience in a relevant field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong product process knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

- K1: Order Intake.
- K2: Payment Collection.
- K3: Customer relation maintenance and timely reporting/meetings.
