- JD from an ABA-Accredited top #200 law school with a solid academic portfolio.
- Extracurriculars such a Moot Court and Debate Panels can weigh greatly for lack of GPA
- Admission to practice within at least one of the states, preferably multi-jurisdictional (i.e. NY/NJ)
- At least 3 progressive years of litigation experience representing corporate clients and their insurers.
- Ability to handle complex, multi-faceted and highly-sensitive matters that will involve voluminous discovery, ability to interpret technical documentation and to participate in motion practice
- Strong support during litigation phases with forensic legal analysis and superb legal drafting and timely filings done comprehensively.
- Experience in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation management through motion practice and settlement or trial phase, with trial experience including 2nd or 1st chair being a huge preference.

Salary:
The base salary we discussed is around $145,000 to $165,000 and is highly commensurate with the experience one brings starting at a minimum of 3+ years post-law school as a legal practitioner. Those candidates who offer a modest to sizeable book of business which they could port with them to a more national practice can negotiate a bit on the base salary. Origination potential is always available as well as standard bonuses for exceeding the 1,800 annual billable expectation.
Annual billable targets offer bonuses of up to $50k in annually along with fully comprehensive health & life insurance, PTO, flexible hybrid schedule and an exciting team of litigators to collaborate with on emerging areas of law.
