Labor & Employment Associate Attorney – OSHA
Pay: $260,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Advise clients on OSHA compliance, enforcement matters, inspections, and agency interactions
- Represent employers in OSHA, MSHA, environmental, and whistleblower-related matters
- Handle litigation tasks including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy
- Support on-site inspections, responses to agency inquiries, and enforcement proceedings
- Partner with senior attorneys and clients on high-value workplace safety and regulatory matters
- Draft clear, strategic written work product and communicate effectively with clients and agencies
- Contribute to a national practice serving employers across complex regulatory and litigation matters
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 3+ years of directly relevant OSHA, MSHA, environmental, and/or whistleblower experience
- Experience with OSHA compliance, enforcement, inspections, and agency interaction
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- State bar admission in the relevant office location or ability to waive in
- Deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience preferred
- Environmental compliance, enforcement, or litigation experience is a plus
