Operations Manager (Execution-Focused | High Accountability Environment)

The Role
This is not a maintenance role—we’re looking for someone who takes control, drives execution, and ensures results. You will be the person responsible for making sure the business runs on time, every time. If deadlines slip, you fix it. If teams are misaligned, you correct it. If there are bottlenecks, you eliminate them—fast.

What You’ll Own

• Full operational execution across multiple departments

• Enforcing deadlines, standards, and performance expectations

• Driving urgency and accountability across the organization

• Identifying inefficiencies and resolving them immediately

• Ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into progress, risks, and results

• Holding teams—and leaders—accountable when expectations aren’t met
