Home Care Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
  • Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
  • Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
  • NOT remote. In office required
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting
  • Caregiver recruiting required
  • Home care recruiting highly preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Social Media Recruitment experience
  • Experience attending events
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
