Role Overview
The Branch Director owns branch revenue, growth, and market expansion. This leader drives sales execution across multiple practice areas, builds and leads high-performing teams, and sets the pace for business development, client expansion, and profitability.

What You’ll Own

  • Full P&L responsibility for branch revenue, margin, and growth

  • Drive new business, expand key accounts, and accelerate multi-practice sales

  • Lead, coach, and hold practice leaders accountable to sales and productivity goals

  • Build a competitive, metrics-driven sales culture

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales and recruiting talent

  • Execute operational best practices to maximize performance and scalability

  • Partner across markets to increase deal flow and market penetration

  • Lead change, performance management, and succession planning

What You Bring

  • 2+ years leading sales-driven teams in staffing, recruiting, or professional services

  • Proven track record of business development and revenue growth

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

  • Strong executive presence, decision-making, and accountability mindset

  • Ability to motivate teams, close business, and scale results
