Position Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working independently? As a Medical Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines, delivering essential medical equipment, educating patients, and ensuring they feel confident and supported in their care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch service while following all company policies and healthcare regulations
• Manage your service territory efficiently, delivering and setting up equipment as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and care
• Accurately process and complete orders in a timely manner
• Maintain and service home oxygen systems and other medical devices
• Handle emergency equipment needs and patient concerns with professionalism
• Promote our services to referral sources as appropriate
• Support quality improvement efforts and maintain accurate documentation

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with medical certification
• Clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with home medical equipment is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
