Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our client's team in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This role focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals under age 21, with opportunities to support additional clinical populations as needed.

The BCBA will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing services in both clinic and in-home settings, and supervising ABA Technicians to ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide training and supervision to ABA Technicians
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
Deliver services in clinic and home-based environments

Minimum Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan
At least 1 year of clinical experience working with children with ASD

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
LLP or LMSW (Clinical) credentials in Michigan
Experience with assessment tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, SCQ and/or M-CHAT,

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Combination of clinic-based and in-home services
Regular standing, walking, and occasional bending or lifting
Requires visual and auditory acuity and manual dexterity
