Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to define and govern architecture across a large-scale enterprise Salesforce environment. This role will oversee system scalability, integration strategy, and architectural standards across Service Cloud and Field Service implementations.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce platform experience, enterprise integration expertise, and a strategic mindset around governance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architectural standards across a shared Salesforce org

• Establish integration patterns for real-time and batch processing

• Design scalable solutions supporting high data volumes

• Oversee ETL architecture and data transformation frameworks

• Guide performance optimization and platform scalability

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure adherence to best practices

• Participate in enterprise-level technical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience

• Extensive Apex and platform architecture expertise

• Deep Field Service and Service Cloud experience

• Integration Architect-level knowledge

• Strong ETL and large data volume experience

• Experience with enterprise systems, legacy/mainframe integrations a plus
