Overview

We are seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay (S2P) Technology Lead to support a data and technology team during a temporary leave coverage period. 

The ideal candidate will bring strong S2P domain expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide both day-to-day operations and key technology initiatives across procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities

Source-to-Pay Technology Leadership

• Serve as a subject matter expert across the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle
• Support and enhance enterprise S2P platforms such as:
  • Third-party risk management systems
  • eSignature platforms
  • Contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
  • Procure-to-pay (P2P) and sourcing platforms
  • Travel & expense systems (nice to have)
• Provide operational oversight, system maintenance, and continuous improvement recommendations

Team Support & Guidance

• Provide day-to-day support and escalation guidance to the S2P technology team
• Lead team meetings and conduct regular 1:1 check-ins
• Act as a resource for troubleshooting, system questions, and process improvements

Project Execution

• Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives, including:
  • Implementation of S2P orchestration and guided buying solutions
  • Enhancements to third-party risk management systems and integrations
  • Expansion of contract lifecycle management capabilities, including automation and AI-driven features
  • Development and implementation of procurement analytics and invoicing solutions
  • Support for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives impacting procurement systems
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Present updates, recommendations, and project progress to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and technologies
• Hands-on experience with one or more S2P platforms (e.g., CLM, P2P, TPRM, eSignature tools)
• Strong project execution and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to guide teams, manage escalations, and drive decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX
