This position is a mandate for scaling our burgeoning media division into a dominant, high-performance powerhouse. The EVP will be the architect of our media vision, driving significant business expansion through a commitment to operational excellence, thought leadership, and the relentless pursuit of measurable outcomes. This involves seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology, data science, and compelling narrative strategy across all client engagements.


Key Responsibilities and Strategic Pillars:

  • Pioneer the Media Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching strategic roadmap for the Media department, ensuring direct alignment with the agency's aggressive growth targets and creative mandate. Identify, champion, and capitalize on emerging media channels and technological advancements to secure a competitive advantage for our clients.

  • Operational Excellence and Scale: Implement best-in-class operational processes, team structures, and technology stacks. This is crucial for efficiently managing and scaling media buying, planning, and optimization across diverse markets and client portfolios. Establish rigorous performance metrics and accountability standards.

  • Narrative Integration & Innovation: Champion the powerful convergence of creative storytelling and media distribution. Ensure all media strategies are deeply rooted in consumer insights, leveraging data science to inform creative placement and maximize the impact of the client's brand narrative across the media landscape.

  • Client Leadership & Business Development: Serve as the agency's most senior media expert, providing C-level strategic counsel to key clients to drive satisfaction and retention. Lead the media-specific components of all new business pitches and proposals, showcasing superior strategic capability and an innovative approach.

  • Cultivate World-Class Talent: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of media professionals. Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, data curiosity, and high performance to attract and retain the industry's top-tier talent.
