Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and integration of new clients and operational solutions within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This role manages the full implementation lifecycle—from planning and execution through testing and go-live—while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from discovery through go-live.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Serve as the primary client contact during the implementation phase.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.

• Support integration of logistics technologies such as WMS, TMS, and EDI platforms.

• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Facilitate testing, operational readiness, and internal/client training.

• Monitor implementation KPIs and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

• Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client onboarding within logistics, 3PL, or supply chain environments.

• Experience with WMS, TMS, and EDI integrations.

• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.

• Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification is a plus.
