Sr. Accounting Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to lead technical revenue accounting and gross-to-net evaluations for complex commercial arrangements. This role ensures accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606, supports SEC and statutory reporting, and partners cross-functionally to drive compliance and financial reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue recognition analysis (ASC 606) for new products, contracts, and complex transactions

• Oversee gross-to-net accounting and technical conclusions

• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams on contract review

• Develop and maintain revenue accounting policies

• Support SEC reporting and revenue disclosures

• Lead audit support, including revenue memos and schedules

• Collaborate with global accounting teams on statutory reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (revenue or technical accounting)

• Public accounting experience required

• Strong ASC 606 expertise and gross-to-net experience

• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical memo writing ability

• CPA preferred
