Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support delivery within a Technology PMO, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is highly hands-on and focused on driving outcomes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining strong governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, financials, and dependencies
• Drive governance, risk/issue management, and status reporting
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, remove blockers, and hold teams accountable
• Support change management and business adoption
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level projects
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Experience with PMO frameworks, governance, and PPM tools
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM/PSM) certification
• Experience with stage-gate methodologies
• Experience implementing or supporting AI solutions or tools
• Background in biotech, pharma, or other regulated industries
