Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership

  • Lead the Team: As the Group Account Supervisor, you'll serve as the team's quarterback, setting an example of professional maturity. Guide and grow top talent, knowing who to involve, when, and for what, ensuring collaborative effort benefits both the brand and clients.

  • Own the Workstream: Manage the full workflow with autonomy, skillfully navigating cross-functional complexities. Seamlessly bridge high-level strategy and detailed execution.

  • Build Trust: Establish deep client trust through reliable partnership and execution. Proactively anticipate client needs, rallying the team to deliver smart solutions.

  • Drive Growth: Deepen client contact to identify business opportunities and adapt to changes in the client's structure. Actively concentrate on organic business growth, including developing presentations to sell recommendations and potentially participating in new business pitches.

Strategic Insight & Brand Expertise

  • Elevate Strategy: Ensure strategy is fully informed for creative brief development and review the brief with the strategy team before sharing. Act as a skilled facilitator for tactical brainstorming.

  • Synthesize Data: Evaluate brand market research, clinical trial data, and industry trends. Connect business insights to brand implications and proactively share these with clients and internal teams.

  • Inform Media Approach: Understand the rationale for common channel selection and confidently discuss with clients. Assist in setting KPIs, reviewing analytics, and contributing data-driven recommendations. Actively seek knowledge of new media to propose relevant initiatives.

  • Contribute to New Business: When possible, guide and assist the Account team in developing and presenting new business proposals.

Champion Agency Vision: Fully understand and promote the strategic vision.
