Overview

The Finance Reporting Senior Manager is responsible for building scalable reporting, automation, and analytics solutions that enable stronger financial decision-making across the organization. The focus is heavily technical, combining finance knowledge with modern data tools and model-building experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build automated reporting packages, dashboards, and self-service KPI reporting for Finance leadership

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements

• Consolidate data from multiple systems into centralized reporting datasets

• Develop, test, validate, and deploy analytics / AI-ML models into production workflows

• Ensure data quality, governance, and transparency across reporting and analytics outputs

• Create clear visualizations and data storytelling materials for senior stakeholders

• Train finance partners on basic data discovery, cleaning, and reporting best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• Strong experience in finance reporting, analytics, and automation

• Hands-on model building experience (required)

• Proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams

Preferred

• MBA, CPA, or similar credential

• Life sciences / biotech / pharma experience
