Logitech Systems Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Logitech Systems Specialist to support a short-term project focused on evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing a large enterprise conference room environment. This role will work closely with IT leadership to improve and professionalize an existing video conferencing setup using Logitech collaboration technologies.
This is an ideal opportunity for a technical professional experienced in conference room AV systems, unified communications, and Logitech conferencing solutions who can assess current infrastructure and implement best-practice improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Assess current-state conference room audio/visual and video conferencing setup

Evaluate existing Logitech collaboration equipment and configurations

Recommend future-state design aligned with modern enterprise conferencing standards

Collaborate with IT stakeholders to review recommendations and gain alignment

Configure, optimize, and deploy approved improvements

Ensure reliable video, audio, and hybrid meeting performance

Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and integration issues

Document configurations, setup standards, and operational procedures

Provide knowledge transfer and best practices to internal IT teams
Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Logitech conferencing solutions (Rally, Meetup, Tap, Room systems, or similar)

Experience designing or optimizing conference room AV environments

Strong understanding of video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, or similar)

Knowledge of audio/video signal flow, room acoustics, and conferencing best practices

Ability to independently assess environments and propose solutions

Strong troubleshooting and implementation skills

Ability to work onsite and collaborate directly with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting executive or large conference room environments

Background in unified communications or enterprise collaboration systems

Experience documenting technical standards or room designs
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has previously redesigned or upgraded conference room collaboration environments and can confidently move from assessment → recommendation → execution with minimal oversight.
