Oracle Cloud EPBCS Lead

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPBCS Lead to drive the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise financial planning and budgeting solutions. This role requires strong expertise in financial planning processes, solution architecture, and hands-on system configuration, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of planning and budgeting cloud solutions
• Design and deliver solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce, and capital planning
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
• Configure system components including forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculation logic
• Develop and manage data integrations using enterprise data management and integration tools
• Integrate planning solutions with ERP and other financial systems
• Support testing cycles, user training, and post-production support
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) or similar financial systems
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with planning and budgeting cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Experience with calculation logic, scripting, or rules engines (Groovy or similar preferred)
• Experience with data integration tools and financial data workflows
• Proven track record leading multiple full-cycle implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional financial consolidation or account reconciliation solutions
• Integration experience with ERP or other enterprise financial systems
• Background in large enterprise or public sector environments
