Seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and lead team performance. This role is responsible for ensuring processes run smoothly, targets are met, and teams operate safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely and accurate execution of work

• Monitor performance metrics and drive productivity and efficiency improvements

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures

• Identify and implement process improvements and operational best practices

• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of operations or management experience

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results

• Experience with operational systems and standard business tools preferred
