We are seeking Project-Based Technical Support Specialists to provide remote frontline support during upcoming projects and periods of increased business demand. This role helps resolve user issues, document support activity, and deliver a professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support by phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Document issues, resolutions, and escalations
  • Follow procedures, service standards, and escalation paths
  • Communicate clearly with users and internal teams
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information
Qualifications
  • Experience in technical support, help desk, customer support, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot systematically and follow processes
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • Availability for project-based schedules as needed
