Responsibilities
- Provide support by phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Document issues, resolutions, and escalations
- Follow procedures, service standards, and escalation paths
- Communicate clearly with users and internal teams
- Protect confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in technical support, help desk, customer support, or a similar role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot systematically and follow processes
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Availability for project-based schedules as needed
- Project-based assignments vary based on business needs
- Start dates are determined by project demand
- Candidates may be considered for future project-based or long-term opportunities based on performance
