A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented and driven Associate Attorney to join their cutting-edge Energy Transactional Practice Group. This hybrid opportunity is available in Atlanta, New York, or Washington, DC.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
4–7 years of substantive experience in project finance and energy transactions, with a strong focus on tax equity and/or debt financing.
Renewable Energy Focus: Ideal candidates will have experience with renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects.
Dependable Contributor: Strong drafting and negotiating skills are essential, with the ability to manage components of complex transactions with a high level of autonomy.
Team-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to collaborate within deal teams, work directly with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Lead Meaningful Projects: Represent clients in high-profile national renewable energy project finance and development deals.
Client Engagement: Work directly with clients and gain hands-on experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing sophisticated energy transactions.
High-Impact Environment: Associates are given opportunities to assume responsibility early on, with meaningful client and partner interaction throughout their development.
National Practice Exposure: Work within a practice that spans multiple jurisdictions and project types, supporting the growth of the renewable and infrastructure energy sectors.
Highly Competitive Salary: $275,000 – $370,000, depending on experience.
