Litigation Paralegal – Civil Rights & Commercial Litigation

We are a growing, full-service law firm with 115+ attorneys handling some of New York’s most complex legal matters. Our litigation team is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a Partner focused on both Civil Rights and Commercial Litigation.

This role offers a chance to be hands-on in fast-moving cases while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft discovery demands, motions, subpoenas, stipulations, and post-judgment filings
• Format briefs and assemble exhibit books for court submissions
• Manage e-filings in NYSCEF and ECF, track deadlines, and ensure compliance
• Maintain a high-volume caseload with precision and organization
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients, keeping cases moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (civil rights and commercial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NYSCEF/ECF filing procedures
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal practice tools
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Paralegal certificate a plus but not required

💲 Compensation: Competitive within the $60K–$75K range, commensurate with experience.
