A high volume and well-regarded matrimonial practice is hiring a mid-level associate with strong litigation experience. This role is designed for an attorney who can manage active case work draft complex filings and appear in court with confidence.

What You Will Do
• Handle matrimonial and family law matters including divorce custody support and related issues
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and deposition outlines
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings and conferences
• Manage a steady volume of active cases and track all deadlines
• Communicate directly with client’s courts and opposing counsel

What You Bring
• Seven to ten years of matrimonial and family law experience
• Strong litigation skills and sharp writing
• Comfort appearing in court and handling matters independently
• NY Bar admission
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently on a busy docket
