Warehouse Operations Coordinator / Customer Service

Established, global freight forwarder is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to handle order processing and support daily warehousing operations. Success in this collaborative role means ensuring seamless order fulfillment from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
Receive and input shipping orders from customers.
Communicate orders and deadlines to warehouse team.
Help with picking, packing, and scheduling delivery.
Track shipments and update clients with ETA.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, inventory levels, and returns.
Log and maintain all customer interactions, orders, shipping status, and inventory information into the warehouse management system (WMS).
Address, resolve, and escalate as needed all claims, problems, delays, damages and mistakes in a timely manner.
Follow SOPs, policies, and safety protocols at all times.

Main Requirements:
Approximately 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
Understanding of ocean terminal operations and vessel arrivals.
Familiar with process for devanning full containers.
Passion for customer service, order entry, and fast-paced environments.
Computer skills including order entry, WMS and/or ERP.
Comfortable in busy warehouse and office setting.
