We are seeking an Account Manager to manage a high-volume inbound pipeline and close complex B2B deals. This role is ideal for a driven, team-oriented salesperson who enjoys solving customer problems, working with modern sales tools, and operating in a structured, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close

Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails

Build and expand a defined territory while meeting or exceeding sales targets

Conduct strong discovery to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions

Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to scope and close deals

Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using CRM and sales tools

Develop long-term customer relationships and expansion opportunities

Support personal and company brand presence through professional social platforms
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, facilities, construction, education, or public sector preferred)

Experience selling technology-enabled or networked/IP-based solutions (security, low-voltage, MSP, A/V, telecom, or similar)

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

Comfortable handling a high-volume inbound environment
