Manger, Enterprise Systems JDE

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Lead and prioritize enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives aligned with business strategy

Manage and mentor internal teams and external consultants delivering HCM solutions

Partner closely with HR leadership to enhance and scale people systems and workforce capabilities

Translate business needs into system requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans

Promote best practices in system implementation, documentation, and governance

Oversee vendors, contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and delivery milestones

Communicate clearly with senior and executive stakeholders through presentations and written updates

Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance when handling sensitive employee information

Strong experience with enterprise HCM platforms (Oracle HCM preferred)

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders

Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills

Solid understanding of application architecture, system design, and integrations
