Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead and prioritize enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives aligned with business strategy

• Manage and mentor internal teams and external consultants delivering HCM solutions

• Partner closely with HR leadership to enhance and scale people systems and workforce capabilities

• Translate business needs into system requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans

• Promote best practices in system implementation, documentation, and governance

• Oversee vendors, contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and delivery milestones

• Communicate clearly with senior and executive stakeholders through presentations and written updates

• Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance when handling sensitive employee information

• Strong experience with enterprise HCM platforms (Oracle HCM preferred)

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders

• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills

• Solid understanding of application architecture, system design, and integrations
