Overview
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a complex enterprise network environment across multiple locations. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, security, and performance of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-connected networks while supporting strategic initiatives such as Zero Trust, IT/OT integration, and network resilience.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead network initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and SASE network solutions

• Implement and maintain secure network access using Zero Trust principles and network access control technologies

• Monitor, optimize, and upgrade network infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance

• Serve as an escalation point for complex network issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts

• Maintain network documentation, configurations, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans

• Lead and contribute to network-related projects, including cloud connectivity and infrastructure upgrades

• Manage network security controls, vulnerability assessments, and compliance requirements

• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity strategies

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align network solutions with business needs

• Work with vendors and service providers to support enterprise networking solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise network environments

• Strong expertise in routing, switching, and network security technologies

• Experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), and hybrid environments

• Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools

• Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and wireless networks

• Experience working within ITIL-based change and incident management processes
