Senior Network Engineer
This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is hybrid.
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a complex enterprise network environment across multiple locations. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, security, and performance of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-connected networks while supporting strategic initiatives such as Zero Trust, IT/OT integration, and network resilience.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead network initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and SASE network solutions

Implement and maintain secure network access using Zero Trust principles and network access control technologies

Monitor, optimize, and upgrade network infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance

Serve as an escalation point for complex network issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts

Maintain network documentation, configurations, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans

Lead and contribute to network-related projects, including cloud connectivity and infrastructure upgrades

Manage network security controls, vulnerability assessments, and compliance requirements

Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity strategies

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align network solutions with business needs

Work with vendors and service providers to support enterprise networking solutions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

7+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise network environments

Strong expertise in routing, switching, and network security technologies

Experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), and hybrid environments

Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools

Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and wireless networks

Experience working within ITIL-based change and incident management processes
