Technical Project Manager
Role Summary
This role requires a technically strong Project Manager who can operate in a fast-paced environment and support rapid-cycle development and deployment within a decisioning or rules-based platform. The position requires the ability to understand system flows, logic behavior, data attributes, and platform capabilities at a level that allows effective collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a background in software development, QA, technical analysis, or CRM/decisioning systems and has transitioned into project or product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Understanding & Requirements Translation

Learn and understand complex decisioning or low-code platforms quickly.

Convert business or marketing requests into structured functional and technical requirements.

Interpret system flows, customer attributes, and decisioning logic to guide discussion and scoping.

Provide clear, practical recommendations and explain constraints in understandable language.
Project Management & Delivery

Manage multiple short-cycle technical projects at once (typically 1–2 week iterations).

Lead project intake, prioritization, scope definition, and timeline planning.

Coordinate closely with development, QA, and business teams throughout the delivery process.

Track defects, oversee testing progress, and ensure high-quality releases.
Deployment & Operational Support

Support frequent deployments, including time-sensitive or urgent updates.

Validate changes with QA, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure smooth release processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, decisions, timelines, and release outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication

Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical business or marketing groups.

Communicate technical concepts, risks, timelines, and impacts in a clear and concise manner.

Provide consistent status updates and ensure alignment across all involved teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand logic flows, APIs, data attributes, and system behavior.

Ability to learn new platforms and technical concepts quickly.
