Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change initiatives supporting large-scale business and technology transformations. This role will partner closely with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to drive adoption, improve readiness, and ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Build communication, engagement, and training plans to support change initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change readiness sessions.
• Develop change metrics and track adoption, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
• Identify change risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support leaders and managers in effectively communicating and implementing organizational change.
• Establish strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
• PROSCI or ACMP Practitioner certification required.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications, and organizational readiness.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
