Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Learning Management Systems (LMS) to lead major enterprise LMS upgrade and migration initiatives. This role will oversee cross-functional technology projects involving LMS platforms, system integrations, training and development teams, change management, vendors, and internal technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise project management experience and a deep understanding of LMS implementations, migrations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise LMS upgrade, migration, implementation, and integration projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with business sponsors, technology teams, business analysts, SMEs, and vendors to define project scope, requirements, business cases, and success criteria.
• Coordinate LMS technical integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and transition-to-support activities.
• Manage project risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Lead change management activities associated with new systems and processes, including communications, training, and deployment planning.
• Coordinate development of functional requirements, technical designs, and technical specifications.
• Partner with QA teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.
• Conduct project health assessments, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 5–7+ years of formal project management experience, including senior or lead-level responsibility.
• Strong experience managing enterprise technology implementations impacting large user populations.
• Deep knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technical integrations.
• Experience with Saba and/or Docebo is highly preferred.
• Experience working with corporate Learning & Development, Training, or Enablement organizations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, scope management, risk management, scheduling, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
• Familiarity with PROSCI/ADKAR or similar change management frameworks preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects simultaneously.
