Overview

We are seeking a Lead Marketing Manager to own and execute U.S. Hispanic video co-marketing initiatives in partnership with Spanish-language media and content organizations. This role will be part of a small, high-impact team responsible for developing Hispanic co-marketing strategy, leading planning efforts, and driving go-to-market execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building culturally relevant campaigns that drive measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day relationships with Spanish-language programming and media partners

  • Plan and execute Hispanic co-marketing initiatives, including TV productions, digital campaigns, influencer activations, and integrated media efforts

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead integrated co-marketing campaigns across marketing, content, legal, and external partners

  • Own co-marketing messaging and creative development in partnership with agencies and collaborators

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs for continuous improvement

  • Partner with legal and content teams to support co-marketing initiatives and strengthen partner programs

  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships that drive mutual growth and long-term collaboration


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

  • 5+ years of Hispanic marketing or advertising experience

  • Fluent Spanish-language marketer — must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish

  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunity areas

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience managing agencies and delivering results through cross-functional teams

  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require
