We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. This role focuses on building and integrating scalable applications that support business operations, with a strong emphasis on IFS FSM6 and related technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, configure, and support IFS Field Service Management (FSM6) solutions

• Build and maintain integrations between FSM platforms and other enterprise systems

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations

• Configure business rules, sync rules, and API-based integrations

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis through deployment

• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and system diagrams

• Recommend system and process improvements to support operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of overall IT experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Field Service Management (FSM6)

• Experience with Orchestrator Development Studio

• Strong application development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and SQL

• Experience working across both Microsoft and open-source technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications

• Background working in complex, integrated system environments

• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving business needs
