About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Business Insights Manager who is a strategy-focused business problem solver to support enterprise-level decision-making across growth, acquisition, and profitability initiatives. This role operates as an internal strategy and business consulting function, focused on analysis, financial framing, and executive decision support.

You will work on ambiguous, high-impact business questions; develop data-driven insights and business cases; and influence senior leaders on where to invest, how to grow, and how to maximize long-term enterprise value.


What You’ll Do

Business Strategy & Decision Support

  • Frame and structure ambiguous business problems related to growth, acquisition, and profitability

  • Develop executive-ready business cases evaluating opportunities, trade-offs, risks, and ROI

  • Translate complex data and market dynamics into clear, actionable strategic recommendations

  • Influence senior leadership decisions through insight-driven storytelling and financial reasoning

Financial & Analytical Rigor

  • Partner closely with finance and analytics teams to:

    • Define and pressure-test assumptions

    • Evaluate profitability, margin impact, and expected value

    • Assess trade-offs between growth and efficiency

  • Own the logic and inputs behind financial models, even when not building them directly

Market, Competitive & Channel Analysis

  • Conduct deep analysis of:

    • Sales and acquisition channels

    • Competitive dynamics and differentiation

    • Market trends and emerging opportunities

  • Identify opportunities to improve channel performance while balancing scale and profitability

Partnership & Growth Opportunities

  • Evaluate new and existing partnership strategies, including:

    • Market opportunity sizing

    • Offer design and differentiation

    • Financial viability and long-term impact

  • Support exploration of new growth levers the business has not previously pursued

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with product, sales, finance, analytics, and operations teams

  • Present recommendations to executive stakeholders and drive alignment

  • Hand off approved strategies to execution teams for implementation


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, business operations, or similar roles

  • Strong comfort working with financial analysis, assumptions, and economic trade-offs

  • Proven ability to influence decisions through insight and analysis rather than authority

  • Ability to structure unstructured problems and develop clear, defensible recommendations

  • Executive-level communication and storytelling skills

  • Exposure to acquisition strategy, sales strategy, or revenue growth initiatives


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced business degree

  • Prior management consulting or corporate strategy experience

  • Experience in subscription-based, media, technology, telecom, or sales-driven environments

  • Familiarity with analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
