ATE Test Engineer

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is remote.

• Develop and debug RF/mmWave ATE test programs on Advantest V93000 (93K) using Smartest 8

• Design, bring up, and support RF/mmWave test hardware for wafer sort and final test

• Execute post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and silicon debug

• Define and implement production test strategies for high-volume manufacturing

• Test RF/mmWave devices including LNAs, PAs, mixers, beamformers, and amplifiers

• Perform RF measurements: S-parameters, NF, P1dB, IM3, conversion gain

• Analyze test data, yield trends, and coverage metrics

• Drive DFX / DFT and yield optimization improvements

• Provide first-line production debug for qual failures and test escapes

• Release and maintain production-ready test software and hardware

• Use Python, Perl, C/C++, or Java for test automation and data analysis

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and manufacturing teams
