Sr. Administrative Analyst

The Sr. Administrative Analyst is an individual contributor role supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives through research, analysis, and project coordination. This position is heavily project-focused and involves developing scopes of work, managing budgets and schedules, evaluating contracts, and producing executive-level reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct and support complex research, financial, and operational analyses

Plan and manage projects, including scope, methodology, budget, timeline, and quality controls

Perform cost-benefit, statistical, and trend analyses to support business and financial decisions

Develop reports, studies, procedures, and presentation materials for leadership and external stakeholders

Assist with enterprise-wide programs related to budgeting, financial systems, rates, and internal controls

Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and assess potential business impact
Required Qualifications

Expert-level Microsoft Office skills

Intermediate SharePoint experience

Project management experience in a complex environment

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and employment/education verification
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of electric utility accounting and billing practices
