Sr. Warehouse Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Warehouse Systems Engineer to design, develop, and integrate solutions supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role partners with operations and technology teams to translate warehouse processes into scalable system functionality and leads WMS integrations, enhancements, and custom development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support WMS application solutions

• Lead WMS upgrades and integrations with ERP, TMS, and automation systems

• Build APIs, EDI flows, and integration components

• Develop custom code, scripts, and SQL for data transformation and reporting

• Analyze requirements and design data integration flows

• Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions

• Support system optimization and operational efficiency

• Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of application engineering or WMS experience

• 3+ years configuring or supporting enterprise WMS platforms

• Strong SQL and reporting experience (SSRS, Power BI, or similar)

• Experience with APIs, EDI, and systems integration

• Familiarity with warehouse automation or robotics integrations

• Strong analytical and communication skills
